With Extron fire extinguishing granulate, you are perfectly equipped for all lithium fires in your workshop. Should a battery ignite, you can quickly, safely, and above all, cleanly extinguish it with the granulate.

The granulate is applied softly to the fire. The expanded glass granulate envelops the fire and smothers it. At particularly high temperatures, the expanded glass melts and spreads over the surface of the burning metal. This melting creates an airtight seal that crusts over as it cools, extinguishing the metal fire. Re-ignition is effectively prevented.

Extinguishing agents are designed to extinguish burning materials, taking into account their fire class and environment. They are used by fire departments or in automatic fire extinguishing systems. For self-help, they are also kept in mobile units.
