A simple all-balsa glider with a wingspan of 1130 mm made from laser-cut parts - ideal for getting familiar with the basics of building model airplanes. The design includes the option to install a mini receiver and a servo to control the rudder and elevator, or to power the model with a small brushless electric motor mounted in the nose or on a pylon above the wing. The all-balsa glider offers excellent flight characteristics and a very straightforward assembly process. It is perfect for learning about the classic construction of model airplanes. Thanks to the precisely laser-cut parts, you won't spend much time sanding and cutting, allowing you to quickly progress towards your goal using only acetone glue and pins. The fuselage is formed by a carbon tube tail boom and a gondola, which provides ample space not only for ballast for free flight but also for an RC mini system. The wings, made from pre-sanded balsa parts, are attached to the fuselage with rubber bands, making the CUMUL mini space-efficient even with a wingspan over 1 meter. The model's design also includes the option to install an RC mini system - the CUMUL mini can then fly like a pure glider with controllable rudder and elevator or be powered by a small brushless motor placed in the nose or on the pylon above the wing.
