Kids Globe Silo Cover including Tires
After the feed has been poured into the silo, it can be covered with the tarp. The tires are then placed on top to keep the tarp in place. To store grass or corn for a longer period, it is ensiled after the grass or corn has been mowed and dried. The farmer always covers the feed to preserve it properly. Since all the air is pushed out of the corn or grass with a shovel, it cannot start to mold. To prevent air from returning, it must be covered. To keep the tarp in place, car tires are often placed on top so that it cannot be blown off.
This cover is suitable for Kids Globe Farming trench silos in 1:32 or 1:16 scale.
