The rocking horse Chipper not only makes children's hearts race. It is covered in pleasantly soft plush and is equipped with both rockers and wheels. The wheels are mounted in such a way that they can be easily folded up with a simple hand gesture, allowing the rocking horse to stand on its curved rockers.
