The rocking horse Chipper not only makes children's hearts race. It is covered in pleasantly soft plush and is equipped with both rockers and wheels. The wheels are mounted in such a way that they can be easily folded up with a simple motion, allowing the rocking horse to stand on its curved rockers. This way, it can be used either as a rolling ride-on toy or in the traditional way for rocking. For added fun, it features a sound function.
