Mah Jongg is a very old Chinese social game for four players. Using 144 game pieces, known as tiles, which feature various motifs, players must collect tiles of the same color or a set of identical values by discarding and picking up tiles. The thoughtful, complex rules, which are nevertheless easy to learn, along with the diverse game rituals, contribute to the unique appeal of this game.
