Revell Color is a synthetic resin enamel paint that does not attack the plastic surface of model kits. However, the popular 14 ml paint can also be used on many other materials.
All shades, except for signal colors, are mixable with each other and can be thinned with Revell Color Mix. This allows the paint to be applied not only with a brush but also with a spray gun. For cleaning, Revell Painta Clean is used for brushes and Revell Airbrush Clean for the spray gun.
This color is used as part of the new standard camouflage paint of the Air Force along with 378 Dark Grey, 67 Olive Grey, and 77 Dust Grey, as well as for the surface camouflage of the new standard paint on US Navy aircraft (e.g., A-6E, EA-6A, F-18, F-14, etc.).
