The Ceratosaurus from Schleich Dinosaurs was a carnivorous dinosaur that lived about 150 million years ago in the Late Jurassic period. The two bumps above its eyes and the large bump on its nose were made of bone. It used them either in combat or to intimidate rivals. There were also numerous small, spike-like bones along its back. The many bumps and plates gave it its name: Ceratosaurus means "horned lizard.".
