BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it offers a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 65 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 195 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 2000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 7.75 kW. The built-in encoder is a multiturn type with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) and is implemented as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting has a diameter of 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed as a key and complies with protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets protection class IP65. An integrated holding brake is included.
