BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it offers a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 65 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 195 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 2000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 7.75 kW. The built-in encoder is a multiturn type with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) and is implemented as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting has a diameter of 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed as a key and complies with protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets protection class IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
