BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it achieves a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 30 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 90 Nm. Its rated speed can go up to 3000 RPM depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power can reach up to 5.18 kW. The built-in encoder is a multiturn type with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting has a diameter of 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed with a key and complies with protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets the IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake. For operating the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers from the Lexium LXM32 series are recommended.
