The KSM-3 reversing module changes polarity within a few milliseconds as soon as it detects the voltage drop at the transition when a train enters or exits. The KSM-3 responds even before the voltage actually collapses due to the short circuit. To ensure precise adjustment of the short-circuit sensitivity, an LED on the circuit board indicates when the optimum is reached.

Additional switch output: Before the train exits the reversing loop, both the reversing loop polarity and the switch are correctly set at the same time. It is suitable for connecting switches with dual-coil drive.
