Included are a diaper, a pacifier, a cuddly bear, a milk bottle, and a flower blanket. Interactive play varies depending on whether the unicorn is in the bag or outside, and whether it is sitting or lying down.

When playing in a sitting position, it recognizes its pacifier and bottle and says funny phrases when the unicorn button on its belly is pressed. When lying down, it closes its eyes and its horn lights up. It can also be rocked to sleep, making sleep sounds. Pressing the horn and when Emily talks, the horn lights up and stars are projected in two different colors.
