Product details
It is the new transport generation in agriculture and thus an alternative to the well-known tipping trailers that have previously dominated the bulk goods sector: The Krampe Bandit SB II 30/1070 semi-trailer does not lift during operation thanks to its ground-side conveyor belt technology, allowing it to be unloaded even in low buildings – a highly effective innovation. WIKING has miniaturized the horizontal loader with scale-accurate functions and presents it in Krampe red as part of the series. The system is convincing, as the high stability during the unloading process creates predictability and opens up a wider range of applications. In addition to goods such as grain, silage, fertilizer, wood chips, pellets, or shredded material, it can also unload adhering materials like compost and sewage sludge with minimal residue. For solid materials like compost, the conveyor belt system of the Bandit SB II 30/1070 achieves an unusually high discharge cone during unloading and effectively pushes the towing vehicle along with the trailer forward in the process. This is ideal when the rear axle of the semi-trailer is relieved, causing a loss of grip when the combination needs to drive away from the unloading site. The quick unloading time of 80 seconds is an additional advantage for short cycles. Easy cleaning is another significant plus compared to the push floor system. The non-slip floor is also ideal as it allows for the transport of pallet goods, straw bales, or big packs in conjunction with the loading option. The Krampe model has a permissible total weight of 35 tons, with a payload of 27 tons. Naturally, the rear flap can be fully raised, allowing for effortless unloading of the cargo. The closed trough features a lever mechanism at the rear that opens the discharge opening for better dosing of fine bulk goods.
