In the production of the housing parts, qualified engineers process a high-quality aluminum alloy using state-of-the-art CNC milling machines at the Scorpion facility in Hong Kong. These parts are then anodized in a special process to give them a durable and elegant gold finish.
The stators are made from 0.2 mm transformer sheets to achieve maximum efficiency and reduce eddy current losses. Additionally, they are coated with epoxy resin for optimal insulation against short circuits. They are wound with extremely high-quality wire that can withstand temperatures up to 180 °C. Scorpion exclusively uses high-performance magnets of the N-50EH style, which can endure operating temperatures of up to 200 °C. Thus, it is nearly impossible for Scorpion motors to burn out in their application field.
