Please check the charging contacts on the Cozmo first. In our case, they were completely oxidised and almost black. The charging contacts can be cleaned with a so-called glass fibre eraser. Alternatively, very fine sandpaper may also work.

The battery is deeply embedded. Requires extensive disassembly and a replacement battery must be soldered on. Only for experienced hobbyists.
