The BALL 12 is the perfect training tool for targeted self-massage to independently address muscle tension. Unlike the small ball (8 cm) from BLACKROLL®, the massage ball BALL 12 has a larger surface area and specifically targets muscle groups and fascia. You can regulate the pressure with your body weight to reach superficial or deeper muscles. The massage ball BALL 12, the massage roller STANDARD, and the massage ball BALL 08 are among the most popular products in the BLACKROLL® range. With a diameter of 12 cm, the BALL 12 is slightly larger than the BALL 08. Due to the larger surface area, the pressure during the massage is less intense: this ball is therefore not used for very targeted massage but for a broader massage and stimulation of the fascia.

Hard-to-reach pain points in the neck and back can be more easily accessed with the BALL 12. Additionally, you can use it completely independently. A wall, a table, or the floor is sufficient to perform a massage with the BALL 12.
