Application/Recommended Use: Take ½-1 tablet daily with a meal, unchewed, with sufficient liquid. If you have an increased magnesium requirement, such as due to intense physical exertion combined with a magnesium-poor diet, take 1 tablet daily. If you have an unbalanced diet, take ½ tablet.
