Use/Recommendation for use:
Take 1/2 to 1 tablet daily with a meal, unchewed, with sufficient liquid. In case of increased magnesium requirements, such as due to heavy physical strain in combination with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If there is only an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet. Nutrient reference values according to EU regulation 1169/2011.
