ScarSil Silicone Scar Gel 15 ml
ScarSil is the practical alternative or supplement to silicone scar plasters. The gel is particularly suitable for scars on movable joints, on the face and wherever a scar plaster could cause discomfort.
Treatment with the silicone scar gel can be started immediately after the wound has been closed. It is recommended to apply the gel 2 - 3 times a day to the affected skin area and massage in gently.
After application, the gel forms a thin airtight and waterproof film on the skin. This increases the temperature of the skin locally. This contributes significantly to the realignment of the collagen fibres and the regeneration of the connective tissue.
Combination treatment with ScarFX:
Silicone scar treatment is best carried out around the clock. ScarSil is ideal for alternating use with ScarFX silicone scar plasters. ScarFX can be worn at night and the invisible ScarSil during the day, for example, as the principle of action of both products is based on the properties of silicone. ScarSil and ScarFX are the perfect solution in combination therapy for 24-hour application to achieve optimum results.
