Application
Use only Welloxon Perfect developer with this product. To achieve a darker color, perform a tone-on-tone coloring, or lighten a tone, use Welloxon Perfect developer 6%. For a lift of two levels, use Welloxon Perfect developer 9%. The mixing ratio is 1:1, for example: 50 ml Koleston Perfect and 50 ml Welloxon Perfect developer 6%.
