For the last two to three weeks, my Xiaomi always switches off after a few minutes and just flashes. It started at level 1 and now also at level 2. It does not feel hot and the suction strainer is not blocked. I am at a loss. Does anyone know this phenomenon?

Unfortunately, I could not find any information on how to solve the problem. It would be best to contact Xiaomi's customer service for further assistance or if there is still a warranty, to send it in.
