Hello, is the 0.4 mm with the attachment or without? Is it possible to shave the neck without the attachment without hurting yourself?

0.4 is without the attachment. i often shave my neck without the attachment and have never cut myself. however, it is advisable to stretch the skin/neck to be absolutely sure. it also happens that the skin is a little reddened if you are a little too rough with it. i would only shave the "soft" parts of the body with the attachment.
