The toothbrush comes with various adhesives. However, the plastic strip on which the adhesives are attached and can then be attached to the toothbrush is missing. Is this no longer supplied or do I have to buy it separately? There is still a recess on the toothbrush itself so that these can be replaced.

I don't know which plastic part you mean, but I'm currently noticing that the glue on our youngest's toothbrush keeps falling off or doesn't stick properly, but that wasn't the case with the Sonicare for our eldest! But maybe that's because of the plastic part!
It can't be connected to the APP via BT either!
