The toothbrush switches itself off every two days. The battery is suddenly empty even though the brush was on the charging station. What is the problem, battery or software?

Probably battery or a problem with your device. If the product is still under guarantee, i recommend you ask them to have a look at it.

It could be also the charging station, make sure it is clean.
