Technology: The forged carbon is a composite, recyclable, and environmentally friendly material made from carbon fibers and epoxy resin, produced using FIP technology (Forming in Place). The carbon fibers are placed in a mold and impregnated with resin. The mold is then cured in an autoclave under high pressure and temperature. The result is a material with a unique, marbled pattern created by the random distribution of the carbon fibers.

Density / Resistance: Forged carbon is five times lighter than steel and three to four times lighter than titanium, while being very durable. These impressive properties make it one of the preferred materials in industries such as aerospace and automotive.
