3D Shaping
3D shaping is a manual finishing process that gives jeans a used look and guarantees absolute comfort. In this treatment, the jeans are first dipped in starch. Then, they are fitted onto a mannequin with slightly bent legs to mimic the bending of the legs while wearing – just as you do countless times a day. Finally, our experts handcraft small creases into the fabric at the right places. The jeans are then "baked" in an oven to ensure that the crease effect lasts.
