Postoperative harness from the Care collection by the brand Selmark. The harness applies pressure and adjusts the position of one of the breasts after the surgical procedure. It has been specifically designed for breast augmentation and reconstruction surgeries. It consists of a belt and a strap with Velcro.
During breast reconstruction or augmentation, implants are used or reconstructed with organic elements. After the surgery, the operated breast is positioned in a way that is not optimal. To avoid capsular contracture and ensure that the implant remains in the correct position, it is necessary to apply downward pressure on the breast using a harness that is placed over the bandage. It is a belt with hooks and Velcro that wraps around the upper body, positioned on the upper chest area, to support the reconstructed breast and prevent the implants from shifting.
The harness is sold separately, and the postoperative bandage is available separately.
