With the image of a typical worker in mind, Sidney Swartz designed the iconic Timberland 6-inch boots. They were among the first waterproof leather boots of their kind and have since been regarded as classics among boots. The upper is made from high-quality full-grain nubuck leather. All seams are completely sealed, making the boot fully waterproof. The thick rubber outsole is durable and ensures good traction. The collar, reinforced with nylon and padded with a double foam layer, provides excellent ankle support. To protect against the cold, PrimaLoft insulation has been incorporated. The anti-fatigue footbed with a leather cover ensures excellent comfort even during extended wear.
