Good evening I have a lot of .swf files that I need to convert into a modern format (I think HTML5 is the most suitable). I don't know much about Flash and Shockwave so I don't know much about the files. Am I the only one who is bothered by the fact that the Creative Cloud (with actually all Adobe programmes in it) is missing the Elements versions? I use Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat a lot. So I bought the "all-in-one" version.... er... rented. But since I'm a beginner when it comes to video, the Premiere Pro version overwhelms me. For the price, I think the Elements versions should also be available. Does anyone know why this is the case and whether you can get these versions - apart from buying them separately?

More and more new robot hoovers are coming with small dust bags instead of a simple container, as is the case with Dyson, for example. But why? A container can be emptied and cleaned easily, whereas with the bags you have to keep buying more. Is this really more practical, more hygienic or just a means of generating additional sales?

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
