I have recently purchased a Philips Evnia 42M2N8900 computer monitor (https://www.galaxus.ch/en/s1/product/philips-evnia-42m2n8900-3840-x-2160-pixels-42-monitor-24101533). I am experiencing issues with color misalignment on a pixel level which causes icons and text to appear blurry. Since I could not spot the issue with the screen's menu, I thought it might have been a driver issue (Windows 11, NVIDIA RTX 4070 mobile), but reinstalling the latest driver did not fix the problem. I have also tried tweaking (1) Windows ClearType and (2) settings in the screen's menu (e.g. switching on and off pixel-burn in measures) (3) Windows Display settings (e.g. setting scaling to 100%) (4) 3D settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel. All did not solve the issue of pixel misalignment. I have also contacted Phillips support, but they are not helpful and without looking into the issue they immediately suggested me to return the screen and request a replacement. I believe it is not a hardware defect and I would prefer to fix the issue, but I will sadly indeed return the monitor if it cannot be fixed, because it just causes too much eye strain and I cannot enjoy the supposedly superb quality this monitor promised to have. Hello all I have a desk mat that I am otherwise happy with, which also stuck *somehow" at the beginning, but is now sliding around. I don't want to glue the desk down, is there any product like self-adhesive rubber or velcro strips (something like Scotch Extreme won't work there) that you can recommend? The underside is felt.

Hello Galaxus, I ordered Caran d'Ache today and immediately noticed that it was the wrong colour, after 2 minutes I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and asked him if he could still change it (it was really only 2 minutes after that) he assured me he would do something and indeed he did. Added the pen with my desired colour but not only that, added a 2 pen with the wrong colours. This means I now have 2 pens with the wrong colours....

If I don't need something so urgently, I wait until everything is in stock with you so that I can have everything delivered together and thus save packaging material and reduce the environmental impact. That usually works, but still not always so well. But today you took the cake: Although everything ordered seems to have left the warehouse together, only one item arrived today. A cardboard folder for 6.- in a 30x60x80cm box, 99% filled with air cushions. The rest of the order will arrive tomorrow, and according to the shipment announcements, everything is also packed individually, even though all the products come from your warehouse and not from a partner. Are you serious? I'm aware that the CO2 offsets only soothe our conscience, and I don't care that you're making a loss with this kind of shipment because you don't have a stake in the company; but it really wouldn't be necessary for you to send me a mountain of waste and air. Of course, not ordering anything at all would keep the environmental impact to a minimum, but if I try to keep it as small as possible and then such a package arrives, I can only shake my head... You could do better! So, now I have to go and destroy 22 metres of Airplus...
