Hello Community I have a problem with my Teufel rockster air. First of all, I have to say that I don't have a battery, but on the Teufel website it says that it should switch on without a battery, which is not the case for me. It only flashes on the battery indicator due to the red LED. I hope someone can help me.

I've seen a lot of people complaining about Planzer, and I wanted to share my experience. I ordered an expensive item (425.-), and when it was delivered, Planzer simply left it in front of my building... without warning me. A neighbour saw the scene from his balcony. He wanted to take the parcel in for me, but when he picked it up, he realised it was open and empty. I tried to contact Planzer, but they couldn't care less. I've also written to Galaxus, but so far all I've got is an open ticket and no concrete reply. And the worst thing is that I feel I'm going to have to prove that it wasn't me who stole the contents of the parcel... I order from Galaxus regularly, and this is the first time I've had this kind of problem. Frankly, it's frustrating. In short, like many others here, I strongly advise against any delivery via Planzer. I don't understand why Galaxus continues to work with them, especially given the growing number of negative reviews.
