DELL's after-sales service (Alienware) is catastrophic
Hello, I'm sharing my customer feedback here: The customer service and repair policy of DELL (Alienware) are catastrophic ... I absolutely do not recommend. There are no parts and no possible service to find solutions, they change the screen if there is a problem ... Out of warranty, there is NO WILL AND NO HELP unlike other brands that care about their loyal customers. I have an AW3418DW (screen) and this is the last time I will be a DELL customer. Thank you
