
Bug reporting at Galaxus is a waste of time!
In January 2025, I sent a bug report for a central function of the website. This report was technically detailed and the bug was reproducible on 3 of 4 different platforms. The enquiry was passed back and forth with standard responses. But on the 3rd attempt, the bug was acknowledged and even fixed and then reinstalled 3 months later... In August I reported it again without receiving an answer... I don't feel taken seriously as a customer. Have you had a similar experience?
