    Bad Brand & Business: Arebos & Märtli GmbH CH I ordered an Arebos via Galaxus and its supplier Märtli GmbH CH 1. very late delivery, and incorrect status delivery 2. asking 3 times about a tracking or a status 3. never received an answer from this Arebos Märtli GmbH CH 4. after moving earth and sky, I received an SMS stating that my order would be in a "pick up" centre called "Morand Eléctromenager SA" in Saint-Prex ?!!!! 5. what ??? This is ILLEGAL, and against Galaxus sales conditions 6. the "pick up" centre is at a long distance by car from the OFFICIAL delivery adress, as the order 7. worse: the "pick up" centre has some weird "opening hours" - so I will have to take a half-day free to move my car there, and take a product supposedly to be delivered at MY address, as per my Galaxus order. 8. I will send an invoice for supplementary fees caused by this Märtli GmbH CH. 9. I am therefore forced to ask for a delivery to MY address, as per the order. 10. I will NOT go to an odd pick-up centre with unusual opening hours. Finally, I am very concerned about the possible warranties issues considering the above illegal actions of this Märtli GmbH CH company.
