Hi Galaxus Mobile Team and Community During my last trip abroad, I noticed that wifi calling was not active on my iPhone when I was connected to a wifi network. Now at home in Switzerland, wifi calling is activated immediately. I wanted to call a number in Switzerland while abroad and avoid roaming costs with Wifi-Calling. I think this is one of the main applications of Wifi-Calling. Of course, it's a pity that it doesn't work exactly then. Has anyone had similar experiences? Is this a deliberate limitation by Galaxus or Sunrise to earn a few francs more with roaming? The prices per minute are quite high. At first I thought it was a fault with the device or with Galaxus Mobile. But after a few days abroad and now at home, where it works again, I can rule that out.

The last 2 orders alone were wrong deliveries and parcels declared as returns but simply not delivered. Really tedious if you've been waiting a long time anyway. The cost credit note and reordering makes the whole thing even slower. It's all happened before, but not so often... Longboardfreerider
