I ordered a bed/commode/cupboard set for the arrival of a baby in April 2024. The bed and wardrobe were delivered late. As for the wardrobe, in January 2025, almost a year later, my order was "cancelled" on the grounds that the item was out of stock. This is outrageous!

We have several children's beds from Bopita. Basically, they are solidly built and also very attractive in terms of design. But if there are problems when you want to order an extension set, then you are ill-advised with Bopita. Our delivery of an extension set for a cot first arrived damaged in Switzerland (it was discovered on the day of delivery and had to be returned), later it arrives incomplete (missing screws) and with inaccurate drilling (deviation 0.7cm) and then they still try to pin the whole blame on the buyer. Constructive customer service is something else. The Swiss importer is very helpful, but he is simply a through-and-through person and unfortunately can do little about Bopita itself. In the best and most favourable case, you get quality, but if you are unlucky, you have spent a lot of money on even more worries! I would therefore warn against buying Bopita products on the basis of my own experience. Have you had similar experiences?
