I would very much welcome it if Digitec could offer ELGATO accessories and spare parts! Like ballheads, clamp "adappters" and other things. Ordering such small things/quantities directly from Elgato results in huge costs for private customers. Above all, Elgato has a buyer-unfriendly approach. Without spare parts you would have to buy several different sets in order to have a completely usable set! For example the Flex Arm which simply does not contain a ballhead, in combination with the clamp I am missing several parts to use the Flex Arm split. I also can't use it outside the Elgato network.
