After we had waited 6 months for our sauna and had been delayed again and again, the goods arrived after a long waiting time, heavily damaged and with a missing stove. Karibu is of the opinion that the stove is not included in the delivery. We as customers see it differently. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction is not to be found with this company, but instead the money is taken out of your pocket. We recommend that Galaxus remove such companies from its range.
