I am absolutely delighted with Kingston. I have been using their products for many years and recently a memory bar actually failed (for the first time). As I couldn't remember where and when I bought it, I contacted Kingston's support department. I was then sent a new memory within a week, without return or proof of purchase. Some other manufacturers could take a leaf out of their book.
