Does Galaxus currently have capacity problems? I placed the order at 17:31 on Thursday as I really wanted the goods tomorrow Sat. In December 2022 I bought a Ferrex 16V Li-ION FB 16 drill, with warranty until 2025. In spring 2022 the accumulator no longer held a charge. I turned to ALDI to buy a new accumulator. The answer from all ALDI branches was: these batteries are no longer available. You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
