Hello, I've just received an e-mail telling me that the KOOR COOLO banana has to be disposed of because the product poses a risk of release that is harmful to health and could lead to health problems. This is a waterproof banana for bathing. This item was ordered 3 1/2 years ago and has been used by my whole family (including children) for days on end next to the skin. Could you also have a filter next to the country of origin (Made in), also from the manufacturer country? For current reasons, I would like to actively support companies from Europe. A filter for this would be the perfect solution, but even a flag at the manufacturer would help. e.g. Filter: Manufacturer ≠ USA / Made ≠ USA

It would be great if you could not only share a watch list, but also work on it together. For example, as a shared backlog for couples or flat-sharing communities. That way, you can simply save things that you don't need urgently and the next person who orders can order the items at the same time. For some time now, I have been getting "extended results" when searching. In other words, lots of completely irrelevant products, especially if I enter the exact product name of a particular product. And tragically, the desired product was often missing completely and I had to search for it via the product menu with categories and filters. For about a month now, late delivery has been more the rule than the exception. Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? For some time now, I have noticed that more and more electronic products are being supplied with a German plug (type F, Schuko) instead of the plug type used in Switzerland (type J), often without any labelling on the product. This practice is impractical and annoying from the customer's point of view in several respects: Space problem with sockets: the German plug requires significantly more space and often blocks neighbouring sockets, especially with multiple sockets. Need for an adapter: An additional adapter is required to be able to use the devices at all. These are often bulky and impair handling. Time-consuming replacement process: In many cases, a separate complaint has to be registered in order to obtain a suitable adapter or a plug replacement. This is cumbersome and causes unnecessary expense. As a Swiss customer, I expect products for the local market to be delivered with the right plug. I would therefore ask you to review your internal processes and supply chains and ensure that devices are supplied with a Swiss plug as standard or at least with a suitable, high-quality adapter. In the context of the sale of second-hand products, it would be relevant to allow the seller to respond to comments left by the buyer after confirmation of receipt of the order, whether they are positive or negative. Such a feature would encourage more balanced and transparent communication: it would offer the possibility of thanking a buyer for positive feedback, or, where appropriate, of providing explanations and context in response to a negative review concerning a perceived non-conformity of the product. This interaction would help to build trust between the parties and improve the overall quality of the user experience on your platform.
