Unfair treatment no warning.
I have sent a computer mouse for repair or replacement. Sent it in. First they said nothing for a long time. Suddenly a credit note of 36.fr the mouse had abe 5 years bring in back warranty. I got 1/3 of the purchase price and no more mouse. A new mouse of the same type is now in stock and costs only 77fr. instead of 97fr. as I paid at the time. I am not satisfied with the logic behind this and Digitec's customer policy. This is how you lose long-term customers who have already spent over 10,000 tumaudende francs. I will simply never buy anything with warranty from digitec again or extend the warranty because it's no use?!??

Supply of electronic products with a German plug
For some time now, I have noticed that more and more electronic products are being supplied with a German plug (type F, Schuko) instead of the plug type used in Switzerland (type J), often without any labelling on the product. This practice is impractical and annoying from the customer's point of view in several respects: Space problem with sockets: the German plug requires significantly more space and often blocks neighbouring sockets, especially with multiple sockets. Need for an adapter: An additional adapter is required to be able to use the devices at all. These are often bulky and impair handling. Time-consuming replacement process: In many cases, a separate complaint has to be registered in order to obtain a suitable adapter or a plug replacement. This is cumbersome and causes unnecessary expense. As a Swiss customer, I expect products for the local market to be delivered with the right plug. I would therefore ask you to review your internal processes and supply chains and ensure that devices are supplied with a Swiss plug as standard or at least with a suitable, high-quality adapter. Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Lousy service and never again Planzer.
Waiting for roof rack which Galaxus says will be delivered today. Order 11am on Wednesday. Planzer does not even report collection. After a call to Planzer I get the information that Galaxus simply says delivered tomorrow but does not take care of it. Galaxus support tells me there is nothing they can do. So I have to cancel my holiday tomorrow? Should I send my skis by post to the holiday destination? Or order them from Galaxus so that Planzer can deliver them by next year? Just lousy Galaxus! Ordered today, NOT delivered tomorrow!

I live in Ticino and have set my smartphone to Italian. But I speak fluent de, fr, en. Why is there an automatic translation or can I still read the original text? How do I report a case if the product has not been delivered in full?
Hello everyone. I have ordered a used soundbar. It was described as "tested" and the scope was "complete". However, when I unpacked it, I realised that several not entirely unimportant components were missing. They are missing: - Power cable - remote control - Optical cable However, I can only get the wrong product (e.g. wrong colour or size), wrong quantity or product not received from "Support". None of which is true. Does anyone know the best way to report this?

Hi, Recently I tried to order the new 10G internet connection from Galaxus but I had a terrible experience. Some days after the order I get the email "The connection for your Galaxus Internet 10 Gbit/s Fiber is ready." but before this i have contacted online support because I clearly specified that I need a technician to check my apartment because I lack a fiber socket (we have fiber in the building but not in the apartment). After a couple discussions with online support they said they will send the techniciant again... and yet again someone maybe came to my building but I was never contacted and no one came to my apartment. Today I get another email "Your Galaxus Internet connection has been activated" and I simply could not take it anymore and canceled the whole contract. Clearly something really bad is happening with the technician skills/understanding of the issue. Feedback: Portal and order was great and straight forward. Online chat support guys were great. Technician (Swisscom) should pay me if they want me to work with them ever again, I assume the tech people are from Swisscom. @GalaxusFinalBoss you should look into this! Thanks!

Delivery times not respected
Hi, I've been ordering from Galaxus for a while now. 2 years ago, deliveries were made within 3 days maximum. For the last few months (end of 2024), disaster, even Temu has been delivering faster, the delivery times have gone from 10 days to 3 months, which is a bit excessive for a site that boasts about delivering quickly when you have to validate the order... Am I the only one with this kind of 'problem'? It's getting a bit annoying because you see the so-called 3-day delivery time and you order because you need it "urgently", but no, it's put off until 3 months later... One thing's for sure, I'm waiting for my last order to be delivered, and then I'll be finished with this site, which is increasingly disappointing... Hopefully someone from Galaxus will see this message as we can't contact them....

The sender is a German retailer from Karlsruhe. The delivery method is only stated as "Shipping", but not the type of delivery (DHL, Post, etc.). How can I find out? The last delivery was left by the post office right outside my front door, and that's exactly how it should be again, as I am disabled. Delivery to the kerb a few dozen metres away would be problematic because of my disability. Thank you for your answers

Ordered Woods AC Cortina 12k smart home air conditioner, received incomplete (missing 2 parts to make it work) on 17 April 2025, complaint sent the same day (e-mail further down the page). Feedback on Galaxus after-sales service - faulty robot, manufacturer more efficient than vendor
Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience of buying and servicing a MOVA S10 Plus hoover on Galaxus.be, which I bought at the end of April 2025. 🔹 As soon as I received it, the appliance had some malfunctions (erratic mapping, forbidden areas ignored...). I reported the problem 24 hours after delivery. 🔹 Galaxus quickly redirected me to the manufacturer instead of dealing with the case directly. This attitude contradicts Directive (EU) 2019/771, which states that the seller is liable in the event of lack of conformity. 🔹 Parasitic contamination then broke out in my home (giardiosis) - making it impossible to return the appliance for health reasons. Galaxus refused to offer a solution, then formally rejected my request on 27 May, despite the special circumstances and my state of health (66% incapacity). 🔹 In the end, it was the manufacturer MOVA itself that took responsibility, asked me to deactivate the robot, and refunded me in full on 6 June. Galaxus, for its part, refused to act for a month, then claimed not to have received the supporting documents, even though they had indeed been sent to them (invoice, proof of destruction, emails from the manufacturer, etc.). ➡️ My aim is not to polemicise, but to inform future customers about after-sales service management, particularly in cases where the situation requires the customer to be adapted or listened to. In my case, the manufacturer was more serious than the seller. Thanks to all those who will read this feedback.

Poor customer service
My robot hoover has been having problems for about 2 months now, it can no longer get home by itself. I requested a repair service and sent my product to Galaxus. After 2 weeks the product comes back, but again it does not work, plus it had another problem, the camera did not work. I send the product back, it comes back after 1 week, exact same problem. They hadn't solved anything! I contact customer service and they tell me they will refund the product. On 27.03 I send the product to support, it arrives the next day but no refund. The case is closed. I contact them for explanations and they tell me that they cannot find the product, that it probably arrived in the wrong place. Later they open a new case on 04.04 but again no refund. On 07.04.04 they received the product (after a good 12 days that it had been sent) but still no refund. I have contacted them several times and they always tell me that the refund will come within days, but unfortunately still nothing. Today 14.04 I contacted them again, but they tell me that I have to be patient, still no refund and they can't do anything, and they closed the conversation in my face: This is unacceptable, very bad customer service!

I placed an order on Thu at 12.30 and specifically opted out of evening delivery as I wasn't at home. I was told that the post office would be selected and that SA delivery was also possible. The parcel was only registered for dispatch at 8.30pm in the evening. And you guessed it, of course it wasn't there on Friday. Not even today, Saturday. The postman brought a Galaxus parcel for the neighbour, but not for me. I really have to wait until Monday. It would be very urgent! Now I've finally managed to avoid the unspeakable Planzer parcel service, but I can no longer rely on Auswahl Post to send my parcel immediately!

Delays, every time...
What just annoys me now is that if a product says "delivered tomorrow" it damn well will NOT be delivered tomorrow and you have to deal with delays (especially over the weekend, ordered on Friday, received on Monday). Digitec: This has something to do with RELIABILITY. If you can't make it on time, then don't write down dates that you can't keep either way. That was my rage. Thanks for reading.

Fake e-mail?
I ordered an appliance and 1 accessory from Digitec on 11/06/2025. Digitec has confirmed the order and payment 354.70. Today, 12.06.2025 at 20:08 I receive a message with the sender service@planzer.ch. Your parcel could not be delivered - (I was at home all day!). The exact address of Digitec and also my address are listed exactly on the mail. The Digitec consignment number and the Planzer consignment number are different! Your parcel could not be delivered (I was at home all day!). There is a red box at the bottom of the mail saying: "DELIVERY CONTROL". The field is a bit blurred, so I didn't click on it as I suspect it's a fake e-mail. But I wonder why my real address is there? Planzer has already delivered several parcels to my address - what is the reason for the undeliverability?
