    Shipping with Planzer

    Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.     Endangerment - release of substances harmful to health

    Hello, I've just received an e-mail telling me that the KOOR COOLO banana has to be disposed of because the product poses a risk of release that is harmful to health and could lead to health problems. This is a waterproof banana for bathing. This item was ordered 3 1/2 years ago and has been used by my whole family (including children) for days on end next to the skin. There is a lack of precision on the type of problem this can cause. Does anyone have more information?

    Show manufacturer country more clearly

    Could you also have a filter next to the country of origin (Made in), also from the manufacturer country? For current reasons, I would like to actively support companies from Europe. A filter for this would be the perfect solution, but even a flag at the manufacturer would help. e.g. Filter: Manufacturer ≠ USA / Made ≠ USA

    Shared (split) watch list

    It would be great if you could not only share a watch list, but also work on it together. For example, as a shared backlog for couples or flat-sharing communities. That way, you can simply save things that you don't need urgently and the next person who orders can order the items at the same time. I have only found the "telen" function, but the other person can only view the list and not edit it. Or is there already something like this?

    Faulty toner cartridges

    Last week, I ordered toner cartridges for my HP Envy 6010e series. Unfortunately, one set of cartridges does not work. I checked the HP manual and tried everything but without success. It seems that cartridges cannot be returned. Am I now supposed to throw away a new set of cartridges or is there anything I can do about this?

    Advanced search must go again!

    For some time now, I have been getting "extended results" when searching. In other words, lots of completely irrelevant products, especially if I enter the exact product name of a particular product. And tragically, the desired product was often missing completely and I had to search for it via the product menu with categories and filters. If I don't need any "recommendations", I don't want to receive any. Until recently, the search was only expanded if unspecific search terms were entered or no products matching the term were found. Is this also the case for others? Is it technically not possible to switch this off?

    Delivery quality no longer given

    I was a fan of Digitec/Galaxus for a very long time because, with a few exceptions, I could rely on the scheduled delivery. For about a month now, late delivery has been more the rule than the exception. The parcel is stuck in the status "will be handed over to the post office soon" for over 24 hours, even if the order was placed on a working day at 10 a.m., the parcel is sent by Priority and everything is in stock. Have you also had this experience? What's going on?

    Digitec/Galaxus and its same-day or next-day delivery service are a lie. As a customer, you feel cheated; you buy on the assumption that you will receive the goods on the same or next day, as Digitec/Galaxus itself states when making the purchase decision. In my case, this was the case not just once, but several times. I am very disappointed. My purchases from this company will be reduced to a minimum or not at all. Digitec/Galaxus and its same-day or next-day delivery service has become a lie. As a customer, you feel cheated; you buy assuming you'll receive it the same day or the next day, as Digitec/Galaxus itself indicates when you choose what to buy. In my case, it wasn't just once, but several times. Very disappointed. My purchases from this company will be reduced to minimal or nothing at all.

    Dissatisfaction with PLANZER delivery service - repeated problems with delivery

    Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems?     Supply of electronic products with a German plug

    For some time now, I have noticed that more and more electronic products are being supplied with a German plug (type F, Schuko) instead of the plug type used in Switzerland (type J), often without any labelling on the product. This practice is impractical and annoying from the customer's point of view in several respects: Space problem with sockets: the German plug requires significantly more space and often blocks neighbouring sockets, especially with multiple sockets. Need for an adapter: An additional adapter is required to be able to use the devices at all. These are often bulky and impair handling. Time-consuming replacement process: In many cases, a separate complaint has to be registered in order to obtain a suitable adapter or a plug replacement. This is cumbersome and causes unnecessary expense. As a Swiss customer, I expect products for the local market to be delivered with the right plug. I would therefore ask you to review your internal processes and supply chains and ensure that devices are supplied with a Swiss plug as standard or at least with a suitable, high-quality adapter. In the context of the sale of second-hand products, it would be relevant to allow the seller to respond to comments left by the buyer after confirmation of receipt of the order, whether they are positive or negative. Such a feature would encourage more balanced and transparent communication: it would offer the possibility of thanking a buyer for positive feedback, or, where appropriate, of providing explanations and context in response to a negative review concerning a perceived non-conformity of the product. This interaction would help to build trust between the parties and improve the overall quality of the user experience on your platform.
