I ordered a dishwasher and was told it had been in the post for over a week. What's going on?

I bought a children's tree house for my daughter's birthday. The person who put it up for sale never sent me the product, and I've sent several emails with no reply. When I contacted Galaxus, the only solution was to wait. Tomorrow is 9 days later, and so far nothing. My daughter keeps asking me questions about the cabin. Imagine the situation! This unfortunate purchase has left me in a nightmare: waiting, unanswered calls and a phantom sale where nobody can reach the seller. I will never buy anything from Galaxus again. I've posted the comment here because I can't send it directly to the Galaxus page where I bought the hut.
