    Hands off from Smart Tech products and Services !

    I ordered online a Smart Tech 4K Ultra HD LED TV in Nov. 22. In April 2023 the remote control was defect. No way to contact any Customer service, helpline or else to submit this complaint! Low product quality, low processing quality. you will lose your money without chance of compensation. Bad chinese company without any customer service !
