Reason why I want to do this: A manufacturer that "normally" gives a 5-year warranty seems to be more convinced of its product than the competition, which only gives a 24-month warranty. For the phones, see Fairphone vs competitor. With the Fairphone, I received a 5-year warranty with no ifs and buts. In the meantime, however, it is already 5 years old. I would like to have the same experience with the printer ;) I can filter for many things, but not for the warranty period. This should be easy to implement. If other filtering is also possible, isn't it?

Hello together I've been the owner of the black Box X6 from Salt since yesterday. The WIFI signal has improved minimally, but there are massive setbacks in other areas compared to the white box. With the old box, for example, it was possible to connect a USB hard drive and integrate it into the network as a network drive. This no longer seems to be possible with the new box, or I am simply too stupid to find the necessary setting in the GUI of the box...Has anyone had similar experiences with the box? You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
