Dear Galaxus It's absolutely fine if you include products from third-party companies in your range. But please take the entire VidaXL company and its products out of the range. They only supply the cheapest junk and if you want to return something because the product description is not correct, you get the following information: "We are sorry that the product you purchased from us did not fulfil your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, we can no longer accept your return request and will not refund the purchase price." They are alluding to their Article 6, Paragraphs 1 and 2, which actually want to generally exclude the right of cancellation. However, it is actually worded in such a way (presumably a translation error) that it would very likely be overturned in court. But you don't want to let it get that far. If you have ordered the item via Galaxus, its name will also be discredited. I can therefore only advise against using this company or its products.

At Vidal XL they put INCOMPLETE descriptions in the beds. Is it not possible that someone who wants to buy a bed cannot know the maximum capacity, maximum load, maximum weight supported, load capacity, weight limit that the bed frame can support? Now that I have written down all the variants. Let's hope they have understood and always put it 🙄

I would like to finally have a solution for the terrible bed frame... Unbelievably, I've been waiting for a solution for almost three weeks.....

Why do their products come without instructions for assembly! So frustrating. Discovered this after experiencing this and doing some online searching. What is the logic behind making a product so hard to assemble.
