  A decent 2.5 slot 2080S card with some OC potential.

  There's a bit of overclocking headroom for the gpu itself, and a whopping 1350 MHz for the memory clock speed. Some 2080 super cards have under clocked memories. Fans can get a bit loud though.

  Good performance but price/performance is not right.

  The price/performance ratio of the RTX 2080 Super is notoriously not that good. However, digitec had a special discount so that the graphics card cost 729 CHF instead of 847 CHF. This applied to all Gigabyte graphics cards. However, it was definitely worth the wait. The backplate of the graphics card gets quite hot when you play a game on the highest graphics settings. That's why good cooling in advance is a must. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about (apart from the price). Performance is right, quality is right and ray tracing is right ;)
  You can hear the fans whirring a bit without headphones, but it's not the end of the world. more

  Super performance and design

  Absolutely satisfied. It can play everything you want and is a perfect complement to a 144Hz monitor.
  In general, it always runs a little warmer than a 2070S, for example, but the temperature is kept within limits.
  At a room temperature of 30° in summer, it gets about 72° warm or a maximum of 74°. more
