Truck & Logistics Simulator is a simulation game where the player is tasked with managing a logistics chain from start to finish in single or multiplayer mode. A wide range of vehicles is available for this purpose. At the beginning, the player accepts a mission with their vehicle (tractor-trailer, articulated truck, pickup, van) and then loads it using a forklift, crane, telehandler, front loader, or another loading vehicle. For vehicle transport missions, they must park the vehicles themselves on the trailer. At gas stations, vehicles can be refueled and repaired in workshops in case of damage. In multiplayer, there are special cooperative missions that can only be completed as a team.

The missions take place in a freely navigable open world where the player drives to their destination using GPS. Traffic rules must be observed, and careful driving is required to avoid damaging the vehicle in order to achieve the highest possible income. To shorten routes, players can use ferries. Special challenges include missions that must be completed in the shortest time possible, as well as missions with fragile cargo that require extra caution during loading and driving. Additionally, there is a day/night cycle and realistic weather conditions with fog and rain that affect driving behavior.

While the driving experience with a large number of vehicles is at the forefront, Truck & Logistics Simulator also offers a comprehensive economic system. Players can build their own logistics center with their own fleet of vehicles, expand their warehouses, hire drivers, and much more.
