In the development of the new BioniX P120, particular emphasis was placed on focused airflow and high static pressure. This fan provides extremely efficient cooling, even under increased air resistance. Through numerous improvements, such as advancements in motor technology and fan design, the performance of the P fans has been significantly enhanced. In internal performance tests, the P fans were able to outperform many competitors while operating at a noise level of just 28 dB(A). With a neodymium-iron-boron magnet ring, the BioniX P120 is considerably more efficient than its predecessors. This saves energy and significantly lowers the motor's coil temperature without compromising performance. The operating noise of the ARCTIC motor is barely noticeable even at the lowest speeds. Thanks to sinusoidal magnetization, the motor of the P fans produces only 5% of the commutation vibrations of a conventional DC motor. Therefore, there is no need for rubber cushioning due to the even distribution of force. The low coil temperature of the ARCTIC fan motors greatly extends the lifespan of the fans. With a wide RPM range and innovative PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the fan speed of the BioniX P120 can be synchronized with all other fans. This minimizes noise while providing maximum cooling performance. Thanks to a combination of alloy and lubricant developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is reduced, achieving higher efficiency. This results in less heat generation, lower bearing noise, and an extended lifespan for the fan.
