Product details

Bambu PAHT-CF is a high-quality composite material consisting of PA12 (polyamide 12) and carbon fibres. By combining the low water absorption of PA12 with high-performance carbon fibres, Bambu PAHT-CF offers outstanding mechanical and thermal properties that are maintained even under humid conditions. The high flexibility of Bambu PAHT-CF makes it an excellent choice for the production of technical parts such as functional prototypes, injection moulds and small series parts. It enables the production of precise and resistant components that meet the high demands of various industries.

Note: PAHT-CF is an improved version of PA-CF, which has been discontinued.

Bambu PAHT-CF has 50% lower water absorption compared to conventional PA-CF materials. As a result, it retains its outstanding mechanical properties and dimensional stability even in high humidity.

Compared to normal PA-CF, Bambu PAHT-CF offers much higher adhesion in the Z-layers, which enables it to withstand strong impacts or loads without breaking or deforming.

Bambu PAHT-CF has an impressive heat deflection temperature of up to 194°C, making it ideal for applications where printed parts are exposed to high temperatures without deforming or losing strength.
