Product details
Ultrafuse ABS Fusion is a technical filament optimized for 3D printing, developed in collaboration with Polyscope Polymers, an expert in enhancing polymer behavior with styrene-maleic anhydride (SMA).
ABS is a thermoplastic material used in many applications. Although ABS has been classified as a standard material for 3D printing, it has been very difficult to process until now. A type of ABS has been developed that can be printed directly on glass without the need for liquids or tape, and due to its extremely low warping, it offers a higher success rate in printing.
To provide users with valuable information, data on the mechanical properties of 3D-printed samples have been collected according to ISO standards.
Printing temperature: 240 - 260 °C
Printing speed: 40 - 80 mm/s
Bed temperature: 100 - 110 °C
Infill density: 20%
Bed adhesion: Clean glass
Fan speed: 0% (maximum 25%)
Top/bottom thickness: 0.8 - 1.0 mm
Layer height: 0.1 - 0.2 mm
The best available raw materials are selected from reputable suppliers. Production on state-of-the-art computer-controlled machines ensures a truly consistent filament, even between colors and batches. It will perform as expected every time. All products are 100% traceable back to the source.
