This cable is suitable for transmitting electrical signals over short distances and operates considering the respective transmission protocol. It is compatible with all common hardware platforms such as switches, routers, and storage systems that officially support the original Mellanox MCP2M00-A00A 25GBase-CR 0.5 Meter Direct Attach Cable. Each Mellanox MCP2M00-A00A compatible 25GBase-CR Direct Attach Cable supports Ethernet, FCoE, and Fibre Channel.
